Implementation Manager (m/f/d)

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Own end-to-end customer implementations from kick-off to go-live
• Translate customer requirements into structured rollout plans and scalable solutions
• Act as the central point of contact for customers during implementation
• Work closely with Sales, and our Solution Engineering Team to ensure smooth execution
• Proactively manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Turn implementation learnings into repeatable rollout processes and best practices

Your Profile

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

• Have experience or strong interest in implementations, consulting, or customer-facing roles
• Bring a structured, ownership-driven way of working
• Are comfortable working with enterprise customers
• Have the curiosity and motivation to dive into technical topics (even if not a pure tech role)
• Communicate clearly and manage stakeholders confidently
• Professional English and German language skills required
• Want to operate at the intersection of business and tech‍
• Nice to have: experience in tooling / PMT environments or exposure to safety-critical development (e.g. automotive, aerospace, robotics)
